Caller claims to be a law firm for MTE Financial

Telemarketer calling my cellphone. Pretty sure this practice is illegal.

Called at 5 am on a Saturday. Did not pick up.

keeps calling my place of work and cell phone claiming to be sueing me and is very rude. Using profanity when calling and asking for personal information credit card numbers and bank account info. I want it to stop and thier number to be disconnected. If u google this number u will c that they are harrassing alot of people. MAKE it stop please.

They call everyday, so I pressed 9 to speak to a representative. She said she could lower my rates on my visa and mastercards. I asked her what company the cards were through to see if she knew, and she got angry. I asked her how she got my number and she hung up!

Claims to want to change my business' At&t service and give me a flat rate and an 8% discount for the next 12 months. They are very persistent, I've received up to three calls a day over the last few months. According to what I've gathered by looking up the number, it is a scam.
